Case Studies

Baseline Athletic Productivity

Tasked with building an online sports coaching utility, Interactive Financial began with a concept from the founder to help tennis coaches better communicate with their students. Early stages in the process included feasibility studies, positioning analysis and target market analysis to assess the business model. A business model evolved, followed by a thorough business plan including projected financials. Armed with this information, Baseline has secured partners who have invested in the business and are helping to take it to the next stage. Interactive Financial was instrumental in the capital structure design and development as well, advising on equity splits, capital needs and back office design. This website launched successfully on October 25, 2011.

V.I.D.A. Virtual Interactive Delivery Assistant

Interactive Financial partnered with an automotive finance expert who had a vision to make substantial improvements in antiquated processes of the F&I department of automotive dealerships. After developing a business model, project scope and positioning analysis and target market analysis, development of V.I.D.A. began in August of 2011. The beta version will launch in November with a limited rollout to selected few dealerships. This project will feature dual point technology, and after beta testing, initial sales, and careful calculation of both marketplace and technology risk, will be repositioned for rapid growth and prepared for funding.
